Peak experiences are "rare, exciting, oceanic, deeply moving, exhilarating, elevating experiences that generate an advanced form of perceiving reality, and are even mystic and magical in their effect upon the experimenter."

About Peak Experiences
I have long believed in the restorative power of short, luxurious getaways. While juggling work and family responsibilities, finding time to get away is often a struggle, so when those rare moments arrive, we want every aspect of it to be special, from the moment you leave home until you arrive back.
That’s why I founded Peak Experiences - to help people get the most out of their time away from home, whether it’s a short weekend getaway, a family holiday, or a trip to celebrate a special occasion.
As a boutique luxury travel agency, we're here to make sure every aspect of your trip is magical; you're treated like royalty, whether it's personal attention or VIP perks such as upgrades, complimentary breakfast and spa credits. While our primary emphasis is on hotels, we're also equipped to coordinate ground transportation, excursions, flights, and more, ensuring you enjoy a seamless end-to-end experience.

There are many reasons… one of the most important is perks!
Through our network, we have close relationships with management across the world, so we know our clients are well looked after when they're traveling. When you book through Peak Experiences, you’ll be the hotel’s top priority, so you get preference for room upgrades, guaranteed perks at 4,500+ hotels world wide and are always marked as VIP prior to your arrival. These perks include resort & spa credits, welcome amenities, complimentary breakfast and airport transfers. All this for the same Best Available Rate (BAR) that you see online!
We’re also here to take all the burden of planning and researching off of you, to bring deep destination, transportation and hotel expertise to the planning process, ensure the quality and seamless service of your experience, and get you the best available rates with additional amenities. With your dedicated advisor, someone knowledgeable is on your side, along with a global network of travel experts, so you don’t need to rely on online research, call centers, random top 10 lists, bots or half-baked AI tools.
And if you need to make a change or something goes awry when traveling, we’re here to advocate and problem-solve on your behalf.

Most simply, you can reach out with a hotel in mind and we'll let you know if we can secure you additional perks for the same Best Available Rate you see online! We don't charge for booking you into your hotel of choice with additional perks if we have them available.
(If you already booked a hotel but without any perks, we can see if we can take over that booking and add perks, if we have access to them).
You can also reach out if you have a rough idea of where you'd like to go or what you'd like to do, but don't have the details figured out yet. We'll do the research for you and propose a few hotels or entire itinerary for your getaway (including private jets, villas, cruises, yacht charters and tours if you’d like). We charge a planning fee for the research, but again, the hotels are booked for no fee whatsoever.
Most of our clients use us in both ways - sometimes just an easy hotel booking for a resort vacation or a weekend away, sometimes a more extensive itinerary for a complicated adventure. We're here for it all!
-
That’s a great question! Simply put, the hotels pay a commission after you stay, and because of this, we don't charge any fee for hotel bookings!
For more complex itineraries that require extensive research, itinerary planning and concierge services, we charge a planning fee, for the time it takes to pull everything together and ensure we line up the best of what your chosen destination has to offer.

Not at all - just because we specialize in short, luxury getaways it doesn't mean we can't help you spice up your longer trips! Feel free to reach out with any length of travel and we'll be happy to help. One could argue that a longer vacation is really just a series of peak experiences (especially if we plan it! ;)

Before we realized the benefits of working with a personal travel advisor, we used AmEx Fine Hotels and Resorts extensively ourselves, so we understand where this question comes from. There are a few reasons why you’ll want to work with Peak Experiences:
1.) Highly personalized booking experience, more than just a UI or a large call center; we’ll work with you one-on-one to understand your preferences and tailor the entire journey accordingly, including support in case changes are needed
2.) Prioritized perks: The travel industry is all about relationships and so where possible, I’ll work directly with hotels’ own private network for travel advisors; selective, invitation-only programs developed and cultivated by hotels to reward agencies who deliver consistent, high-quality clientele at significant volume. Therefore, you’ll be prioritized for room upgrades and other perks that are based on availability.
3.) You’re supporting a small business: Peak Experiences was born out of our passion for luxury travel and fulfillment in planning & booking incredible trips for others and ourselves
This is not to say you shouldn’t use AmEx… We’re cardholders ourselves and get a ton of use out of their lounge access, International Airline Program, and using MR points to book international business and first class flights! But we feel you’re better off leaving the hotel booking to us :)

You’ll earn them like when you book with the hotel directly; most hotels that offer perks do so via partner networks, meaning that the hotel, unlike when you book via Expedia or Booking.com, will honor your loyalty status and you’ll earn points. And of course, the same goes for points that you earn via your credit card when paying for the hotel.
In terms of using loyalty points… As a points and miles enthusiast, I’ve wondered about this myself. In my experience, the best use of those points is for international business or first class flights, as there’s limited great use for hotels anymore. Of course, feel free to explore using your points on your own, but my general recommendation is to use them to get to your destination, and use Peak Experiences for the hotels.
Sounds good?
